WATER BIRDS
Duck is the common name for a large number of species in the waterfowl family anitidae which also includes swans and geese.
The water kingfishers or cerylinae are one of the three subfamilies of kingfishers, and are also known as the cerylid kingfishers. All six American species are in this subfamily.
Cranes are a family ,the gruidae of large long-legged, and long-necked birds in the group Gruiformes. The 15 species of cranes are placed in four genera .
The herons are long-legged freshwater and coastal birds in the family Ardeidae with 60 recognised species , some of the which are referred to as egrets or bitterns rather than herons .
